After hearing Professor Bob Stone discussing 'New Rehabilitation Therapies and Virtual Pain Management', during a talk at the National Theatre, I sent him an email. I told him I was so inspired by his vast knowledge on the subject. I went on to describe a pain relief technique I developed as a child to Bob - he expressed interest and agreed it would make a fantastic VR experience. Meeting Bob in person at Birmingham University felt like a natural synergy of personality and creative passion. I am honoured to be working with 'The Grandfather of VR' himself, and the dynamic HIT Team!
